In general, the laboratory may sample and analyze matrices of non-potable water and solid/hazardous wastes, especially soil (including underground storage tank analysis), ground and waste water monitoring, toxicity monitoring through TCLP, and miscellaneous wastes. These analyses fall into the general categories of Metals, Nutrients, Demand, Classical (Wet) Chemistry, Hazardous Waste Characteristics, Purgeable Organics, Extractable Organics, Pesticides, Herbicides, and PCBs. MAS performs both sampling and/or analytical testing for those activities/analyses listed in Appendix B Scope of Accreditation, by the authoritative methodologies listed therein.

Sampling containers can be picked up from the lab during business hours prior to sampling.
